To scale our success, we're looking for an Azure Cloud Specialist / Customer Success Engineer who thrives in client-facing roles and is passionate about infrastructure, automation, and problem-solving.
What you'll do
- Set up and configure Boardwise environments on Microsoft Azure for new enterprise clients
- Troubleshoot and resolve Azure-related technical issues
- Collaborate with clients to understand needs and provide tailored technical solutions
- Document installation processes and help improve automation
- Continuously optimize our cloud architecture and deployment pipelines
- Provide technical support when needed, including working closely with our engineering team
- Contribute to the improvement of internal processes and DevOps practices
Your profile
- Motivation to grow, learn and take ownership – we don't expect perfection, just curiosity and initiative
- 1+ year of experience as Azure Administrator, DevOps Engineer, or in a similar role
- Solid knowledge of key Azure services (especially M365/Exchange Online, Azure Web Services, Azure AD, Azure DevOps Pipelines)
- Strong communication skills and a service-oriented mindset
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple client-related technical projects
- Experience with technical support in a B2B setting
- Fluent in German and English
- Based in or able to work within EU time zones
