As a Manual QA Engineer, you’ll play a key role in ensuring product excellence in a high-impact environment. You'll join a collaborative, product-driven team with a strong startup mindset, shaping the quality of a solution used by top-level decision-makers across industries. 

Your Responsibilities 
  • Analyze requirements and create test cases and testing strategies
  • Perform functional, regression, smoke, and exploratory tests
  • Document and report bugs clearly, working closely with developers and PMs
  • Collaborate in product planning and sprint meetings
  • Optionally contribute to test automation (depending on experience and interest)
Your profile
  • 2–4 years of experience in manual QA for web-based applications
  • Familiarity with structured QA processes, tools, and methodologies
  • Confident in test documentation, bug tracking, and cross-team communication
  • Good understanding of SDLC and testing levels
  • Experience with Azure DevOps and TestRail (nice to have)
  • Familiarity with Postman and API testing
  • Comfortable in the Microsoft ecosystem (Teams, SharePoint, Outlook)
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and curiosity
  • Good English communication skills (written & spoken)
  • Based within Europe
